Leonor Osorio, B.B.A.: As the founder and Owner, Leonor must oversee that the company continues to nurture the client’s needs in order to meet the principle of customer satisfaction. She is also responsible for the general management of the services and the cultivation of a family environment within the team and with the client. It is her duty to manage the projects and work with co-owner, Mateo Londono, in order to continue the growth of Lonyos Services and to persevere to provide better service each day.o-owner and Service Manager
